Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Moodiri Inc. (“Moodiri,” “we,” or “us”) handles information collected through the Moodiri marketing website at moodiri.com (the “Site”).

The Moodiri product application at app.moodiri.com is a separate service with its own privacy practices and is not covered by this policy.

Information you provide. When you join our waitlist or request a demo, we collect the information you submit to us, which may include your name, work email address, studio or company name, your role, studio size, design discipline, the tool you currently use to run your finances, an optional note about your current pain points, and (for demo requests) the times you’d like to chat. If you email us, we collect your email address and the contents of your message.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, our server and service providers may automatically receive standard request data such as IP address, user agent, the page you requested, and the referring page. This information is used for delivering the Site, security, rate limiting, and diagnosing errors.

Analytics events. We use PostHog to understand aggregate usage of the Site. PostHog runs in a privacy-respecting configuration: no cookies are set, data is stored in browser memory only for the current session, session recording is disabled, autocapture is disabled, and on-page text is masked from event payloads.

Error and performance monitoring. We use Sentry to collect technical information about errors and slow requests (including the URL, browser, operating system, and a stack trace). We do not deliberately send personal information to Sentry, though incidental data such as your IP address may be included with reports.

The Site does not set cookies. Our analytics provider (PostHog) is configured to use in-memory storage only, which is cleared when you close the tab. Because no cookies or other persistent identifiers are set on your device, no cookie consent banner is shown.

Third-party services we use, such as our hosting provider, may set short-lived technical headers to deliver the Site, but we do not use tracking cookies on this Site.

We use the information described above to:

• Respond to waitlist signups and demo requests;
• Invite you to Moodiri when access becomes available, and send you product updates relevant to your interest;
• Operate, secure, and improve the Site;
• Diagnose errors and prevent abuse; and
• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We retain information for as long as needed for the purposes described above. Waitlist and demo-request information is kept until you ask us to remove it or until we determine it is no longer needed for contacting you about Moodiri. Server logs and error reports are kept for a limited period and then deleted or aggregated. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing privacy@moodiri.com.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of it, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can exercise these rights at any time by emailing us at privacy@moodiri.com.

You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every email we send, or by contacting us. We will respond to verifiable requests within the timeframes required by applicable law.

We use HTTPS for all traffic to the Site, apply a content security policy and other security headers, and limit access to information to people and services that need it. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Site and our service providers operate primarily in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. By using the Site, you understand that data protection laws in those countries may differ from those in your country.

The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date at the top of this page. If the changes are material, we will provide additional notice (for example, by emailing waitlist subscribers).
